We have the private upstairs function room of Punjabi Palace booked for this exciting event. To kick things off, expert somellier Sebastian Langkamer will be conducting a wine tasting experience of 4 wines. Sebastian is the manager at Adelaide st's Grape Therapy and is qualified up to level 3 in the WSET (wine spirit education trust).
Next up will be the enticing two course dinner of flavoursome Indian food. We will organise a banquet so that you can trial a variety of different dishes and tastes. In between the first and second course, we will arrange a swapping of seats, enabling you to meet more of the people in attendance. Payment for dinner will be to the restaurant on the night ($26 for the banquet, includes main, rice, naan & shared entree).
Pujabi Palace has an excellent central location in South Brisbane, and after dinner we will lead a group to have drinks at the Fox Hotel just down the road.
